10 Disney Quotes That Describe My School Year

Hello Loves! I’m sure every person reading this is struggling to finish school right now. We are all barely making it. These are some quotes that describe how I’ve felt this whole year, in chronological order.

August:

Change is good.” — Rafiki (The Lion King)

This explains my mood the first month of school.

I was scared, but I was so excited. I convinced myself that a change would be good in my life, and I started to believe it! There are things in high school that weren’t available to me in middle school, and I’m very grateful that I have them now!

September:

“Believe you can, then you will.” — Mulan (Princess Stories)

This shows how determined I was to make good grades at the beginning of the year.

I was so excited to learn new things and meet new people. I believed in myself, and I accomplished so much!!

October:

Just because it’s what’s done, doesn’t mean it’s what should be done.” — Cinderella (Cinderella)

This was the month I decided to become vegetarian😂. We had a meeting in Wellness, and I decided about a week later to try to be vegetarian. So far… it’s been going great! This quote is about killing too many animals and the processes that they use. This was said when Prince Charming (in the live action Cinderella) was about to kill a beautiful animal, and Ella told him not to. I thought it would fit well!

November:

“We didn’t even realize we were making memories. We just knew we were having fun.” — Winnie The Pooh

This month was the first time all of friends got together at someone’s house for a party, and we watched a scary movie together! We had my friend’s mom make us a smore-dip, and we devoured it!!! We all snuggled up, and because we had so much fun, we started to plan parties together more often! This month was an exciting time for me!!

December:

“I could go running, and racing, and dancing, and chasing, and leaping, and bounding, hair flying, heart pounding, and splashing, and reeling, and finally feeling! Now’s when my life begins!” — Rapunzel (Tangled)

I was soooo ready for winter break. I had a ball at my friend’s Christmas party, and I got everything I could’ve ever asked for! We decorated my tree, put up decorations, which I was sad to take down in January, and went to the coolest New Year’s Eve party. This quote explains how everyone feels when the bell rings after seventh period the day before break. PARTY!!!!

January:

“Make the clock reverse. Bring back what once was mine.” –Rapunzel (Tangled)

I was devastated when we had to go back to school in January. I was happy to see friends again, but it was hard to get back into the swing of things. December is filled with so many exciting events, so when it’s over, and a new year has started, it feels like you have nothing to look forward to. However, I did go to a Panic at the Disco concert with my besties, and it was a blast! It was one of the best nights of my life. We also got out of school one day for snow, and I went shopping with my friend group! We went into a lot of stores, and we ate out after! That made me remember that life wasn’t so bad! So all in all, January was amazing!

February:

“Remember, you’re the one who can fill the world with sunshine.” – Snow White (Snow White And The Seven Dwarves.)

I had to learn some new music for a Women’s Choir Festival that month! It was a challenge, but it was fun! We got out of school that day for snow, but sadly, that meant that I didn’t get to go to MTSU to sing!!! It was a missed opportunity, and I was really sad. I would’ve gotten to work with the MTSU’s Music Director!! AHHH. But…

This month was also sweet. Since Valentine’s Day was around the corner, people were holding hands down the hall, balloons were floating while they where switching classes, and there were pink hearts everywhere. Ahhh… love in the air. But not for me.😂

This quote is about self-love! Since I didn’t have a love, I just had to love myself!!❤

March:

“Growing old is mandatory, but growing up is optional”– Walt Disney

This is my birthday month! I had the best party ever, and I invited all of my close friends. We went bowling, ate cake, and played darts. This is also the month that I went to Orlando! I wrote a blog post about that if you want to check it out! That was one of the best vacations of my life. It was such an enjoyable place, and I loved swimming in the ocean!

I know that no matter how old I’ll get, I’ll still have that childishness in me!

April:

“No matter how your heart is grieving, if you keep on believing, the dream that you wish will come true.” – Cinderella (Cinderella)

April was a hard month to get through. It felt like it lasted a lifetime!!! It was finals season, which meant stress and hard work! However, my mom had her birthday party in April, and that was incredibly fun! She invited all of my best friends, and all of her best friends to her party. For a gift, I even made a video for her. I compiled clips of everyone wishing her a happy birthday, and I put them together and edited it for her! We played it at her party, and she cried!! I got a flood of compliments for it as well, which made me feel nice! This quote shows how even though I was stressed, I worked hard and something and it turned out fantastic!

May:

“Have courage and be kind” — Cinderella (Cinderella)

This is actually one of my favorite Disney quotes. It’s simple, but it goes a long way. School is really trying to rest my patience right now, so this quote is pulling me through. Even if things are going wrong, I have to look on the positive side and try to be happy! Only about two and half more weeks of school left!

Alrighty! Those are my 10 Disney quotes explaining how I felt this school year. Thanks for reading!

Toodles!
